Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Sperra Technology (İstanbul, Türkiye) ("Sperra", "biz") tarafından işletilen calypia.com web sitesinin ("Site") kullanımını düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Sitenin amacı
Site, Calypia AI SOC / XDR platformunu tanıtmak ve demo ile pilot talepleri almak amacıyla bilgilendirme niteliğinde sunulur. Calypia ürününün kullanımı, Siteden bağımsız olarak taraflar arasında imzalanacak ayrı bir sözleşmeye tabidir.
2. Bilgilerin niteliği
Sitedeki içerikler genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve bağlayıcı bir teklif, taahhüt veya garanti niteliği taşımaz. Ürün özellikleri, yol haritası ve pilot kapsamı önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değişebilir. Ürün tanıtım videosu ve ekran görüntüleri sentetik demo verileriyle hazırlanmıştır.
3. Fikri mülkiyet
Calypia adı, logosu, Site tasarımı, metinleri, görselleri ve videoları Sperra Technology'ye aittir veya lisanslı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, değiştirilemez veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz. Sitede anılan üçüncü taraf ürün adları ve logoları ilgili sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır; bunların kullanımı bir ortaklık veya onay anlamına gelmez.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Siteyi kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: yanlış veya başkasına ait bilgilerle form doldurmak; spam veya otomatik toplu gönderim yapmak; Sitenin güvenliğini test etmek, aşmaya çalışmak veya hizmeti aksatmak (sorumlu bildirim için aşağıdaki güvenlik bölümüne bakınız); zararlı yazılım yaymak; içerikleri otomatik araçlarla izinsiz toplamak.
5. Güvenlik açığı bildirimi
Bir güvenlik açığı tespit ederseniz lütfen [email protected] adresine bildirin (bkz. security.txt). İyi niyetli ve sorumlu bildirimleri memnuniyetle karşılarız; lütfen açığı kamuya duyurmadan önce bize makul bir süre tanıyın ve verilere erişmekten veya hizmeti aksatmaktan kaçının.
6. Dış bağlantılar
Site, üçüncü taraf sitelere (ör. WhatsApp, sperra.com.tr) bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden ve uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Site "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Sitenin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Sitenin kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
8. Kişisel veriler
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi KVKK Aydınlatma Metni, Gizlilik Politikası ve Çerez Politikası'na tabidir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetki
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici sıfatını taşıyan kullanıcıların kanundan doğan hakları saklıdır.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of calypia.com (the "Site"), operated by Sperra Technology (Istanbul, Türkiye) ("Sperra", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for information, to present the Calypia AI SOC / XDR platform and to receive demo and pilot requests. Use of the Calypia product is governed by a separate agreement between the parties, independent of the Site.
2. Nature of the information
Content on the Site is for general information and is not a binding offer, commitment or warranty. Product features, roadmap and pilot scope may change without notice. The product tour video and screenshots use synthetic demo data.
3. Intellectual property
The Calypia name and logo, the Site's design, text, images and videos belong to Sperra Technology or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without our written permission. Third-party product names and logos mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners; their use does not imply partnership or endorsement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit forms with false or someone else's information; send spam or automated bulk submissions; test, circumvent or disrupt the Site's security or service (see the security section below for responsible disclosure); distribute malware; or scrape content with automated tools without permission.
5. Vulnerability disclosure
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] (see security.txt). We welcome good-faith, responsible reports; please give us reasonable time before any public disclosure and avoid accessing data or disrupting the service.
6. External links
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. WhatsApp, sperra.com.tr). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Personal data
Processing of your personal data is governed by the KVKK Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version takes effect when published on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; statutory rights of consumers are reserved.
